Ive been a few times but recently I found there were always chatting loudly in the sauna and steam rooms. Please remind guests to be quiet. Otherwise the facilities are great.

Really friendly staff who were able to help speedily when there was a problem with my booking. It's a great space that never felt too busy (I went on a Thursday afternoon, for reference). My facial and massage were excellent.
