A little bit disappointing. Jacuzzi didn’t work properly, relaxation room wasn’t very relaxing (it’s located between reception and SPA), as people were constantly passing by. Nobody seemed to care about replenishing water jars. Spa Experience at Kensington Leisure Centre is much better. And it’s also cheaper.

Lovely calming setting. Enjoyed the Hot Stones whih are both warm and firm but not at all painful. Very competent therapist.

Love this little spa. Staff is always super polite. The spa gets a tad busy here and there and it can get rather crowded but it's still good value.
