Very quiet mid week which was great, good basic facilities and liked the relaxation rooms for a break. There was a lot of building going on on the roof which was noisy, but shirt term. Would be great to have relaxing music playing in the spa and relaxation room and maybe some scents in the relaxation and steam room would be good. The changing rooms were ok but nowhere to plug in my straighteners. They had ghd straighteners there but not a fan of communal tools.

The staff are always friendly and chatty. I was even offered a glass of icy water on a hot day, you don’t get that extra touch from salons anymore. The treatment was quick and not painful, tho quite a bit hair left which the therapists couldn’t remove.
