Would be a four or five star if Better finally sorted out the shower in the spa. It’s unacceptable that it’s been out of action since the start of the year.

A broken appliance wasn’t great but everything else is lovely. There were no cups/glasses to use the water and receptionist could’ve been more friendly but I get it was early on a weekend
