Best hot stone massage I've ever had. Nataliya is so good at applying just the right amount of pressure to where it is needed. Her massages are so relaxing. She makes sure you get the full 50 minutes. Her massages are also covid safe. If you go for a massage here I'd recommend booking with her.
Hot Stone Massage
The facilities were OK, and maybe slightly surpassed my expectations in terms of the presentation of the spa area and cleanliness. But for the massage itself, I felt the masseuse didn’t do enough to understand what I was looking for. The pressure subsided after the start and she reverted back to a relaxing style massage which I had said on the form I didn’t want. Also during the massage I said that I wanted focus on the middle and lower back but she sort of ignored it.

Jackie is absolutely awesome! Such a lovely, caring, kind and professional person - she was really welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable about the treatment, about the benefits of it and about after care too - I cannot recommend the Elemis Spa at Wimbledon Leisure Centre enough!

Changing rooms smelt horrible and the thermal spa didn’t have any Covid protocol so felt a little unsafe in these times
