Went for a wax and Natalia did not knowi was booked in for full leg and hollywood because of a system error. So the time management was an issue. This was not the beautician's fault. The waxing itself was fine.

They didn’t have my service confirmed. I waited for 15’. After 15’ a woman picked up me from reception, walked me around the whole gym saying if I was ready fot a massage. I booked an eyebrow was appoinment. Obviously she wasn’t an expert so I had to leave without my treatment done. Please refund me my money. Shitty place.
