They didn’t have my service confirmed. I waited for 15’. After 15’ a woman picked up me from reception, walked me around the whole gym saying if I was ready fot a massage. I booked an eyebrow was appoinment. Obviously she wasn’t an expert so I had to leave without my treatment done. Please refund me my money. Shitty place.
Eyebrow Waxing
I arrived at the spa (which is part of the Wimbledon Better Gym) to be told my appointment wasn't on their system and their therapist was just about to leave for the day. The gym staff went above and beyond to sort the issue out, and the therapist stayed late to do the treatment. She was exceptionally friendly and I didn't get even the tiniest whiff of impatience. Great experience - will be back!
