I had a great time at the Spa Experience. My only improvement would be to add loo and showering facilities into the spa itself, instead of leaving the zen spa, walking down the corridor and showering in the pool facilities

Jaccuzi not great cos the bubbles keep going cos every five mins or so you have to press the buttons on the side bloody pain! I tried the tea would recommend! Staff very helpful i double booked on but couldn't get a refund wasn't happy cos I couldn't email in the time cos I didn't see the message my phone was in my locker so I had to rebook for new year of lose my hard earned money not good 😐 jot impressed with treatwell surley a refund shoulda been given! Overall good experience.
The jacuzzi was not really working .. it took sometimes before it could work again..
Shower unit handle would not fit in and eventually broke (sounds like it was quick dyi).
30minutes before I left a large group came (about 6/8) … two of the guys were quite loud to start with one talking in the jacuzzi. Despite being told to remain quiet by another member of the group one was extremely loud… a bit annoying really!!
