To start mu experience Julia explained what would happen throughout and what products would be used, which put me straight at easy. The wrap started with a massage which was very enjoyable before the actual wrapped applied. My skin was silky soft after. Then the facial totally relaxing and left my skin glowing. Throughout I was told was was happening and totally enjoyed the experience from start to finish.
