guy on reception very welcoming and helpful gave me a tour. good time of day to go as quiet time 10am. clean pool good swim but could do with a bit of ambient music to swim too! good changing rooms upstairs. spa rooms clean and tidy. good facilities sauna/steam/ ice . Lovely facial with Jessie. All in all a really good experience. will go again soon
