My girlfriend had booked us into the spa on 5th March, all i can say is this place is a hidden gem, we only used the thermal spa which was extremely cheap, when we first arrived our expectations weren't that high as it being in a public leisure centre, however when stepping into the spa its like stepping into a completely different building, although the spa was busy i would defiantly go again and i want to try some treatments next time. The 2 receptionists on the desk (cannot remember their names) the girl had blonde hair and they was also a man there we were so impressed with the way everything was handled to the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I have been to some very expensive spa's in london before and i have to say this place defiantly is up there with them for half the price, Would highly recommend.
