Despite pre booking and paying for this treatment, the salon had no record of it whatsoever. I had received confirmation emails from Wahanda and had emailed the salon direct. The treatment had to be rescheduled as the salon was closing early on the day of the booking.

My appointment was 6-7pm. Someone called to change it to 5-6pm. Arrived at 5 only to be told that the salon was closing at 5.30pm. Had driven for 45 minutes to get there. Had to reschedule and the tan was booked for New Years Eve. Not very happy!

I had a lovely experience at Spa Wimbledon, the staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The spa was lovely, not many people but there came a time where a group of 3 came along and made a lot of noise in the relaxation area so myself and another lady ended up leaving the room. I came back when they left so all was not lost but they should have been told to keep the volume down. The spa is wonderful, I was hoping the swimming pool would be incorporated in the same area but not much you can do about that when it's part of a leisure center. All the areas were brilliant and i especially loved the sauna. Perhaps the staff could check on the water and fruit provided a little more regularly, i was there for 3hrs and there were only 2 oranges even though the lady was made aware it needed filling and they weren't particularly busy either, the glasses provided for the water in the main spa section were all used too. The price was a little high for 3 hrs usage but if i find a deal i will definitely come back with a few friends. Thanks for the lovely experience Spa Wimbledon x

Spa London is a new venue in Wimbledon and it is fantastic, everything is brand spanking new and is in fantastic condition. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly face and fruit juice. The staff especially the therapist were absolutely brilliant and the treatment was lovely and relaxing. I enjoyed my experience so much I have booked again!
