I went with a group of friends and we were all pleasantly surprised by the spa facilities...clean, relaxing, gorgeous fluffy robes, friendly faces. Natalia was fabulous! Her back, shoulder and scalp massage was one of the most relaxing I've had in a loooong while. The products used are lovely, the massage couch is heated and the gorgeous scent of lavender wafts through the head space while lying on your front. A 5* star experience!

Overall my waxing experience was pretty good. The therapist was lovely & pretty quick just a few patches on my legs but I'm sure she would have been happy to touch them up had I noticed before I left.

Reception average, sadly not trained to Laura's standard in client care. Off hand and pretty disinterested.
