Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing however my therapist mentioned her eyes were not as good as they used to be and that the lighting wasn't great so kept missing hairs. I didn't realise the extent of this until I later returned home where I found a large number of very obvious patches that had been missed. Shame as it was a very painless wax.
