Nice spa, lovely staff. There was a bit of a mix up with my booking. I booked on here but there was no therapist available for the time booked. The spa called me to rebook. They were unable to reconfirm the time through treatwell for some reason. When we arrived they appeared to be running behind so our treatments started late. I booked a bamboo 1.5hr treatment for my mum and this was shortened to 1hr because the spa closed at 8pm. The spa gave her a voucher to return for the reminder 30 mins
