The spa was great value for money and the herbal tea and chill out lounge was a lovely touch. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars in each area is that the changing rooms and bathrooms are in the main swimming pool area so therefore aren’t as nice as the lovely spa. I would definitely recommend a visit though, and I will certainly be going again.

The facilities were poor. Changing area shared with pool users. Big cold and dirty. There was nowhere to sit comfortably and chat except in the reception area. No food available to buy even the smoothies as advertised. The background music in the relaxing area was Christmas tunes, we had to ask for more teabags. When asked for a dry dressing gown we were refused and offered only a towel. It was men and women so not adequate. The gowns and towels were old worn and shabby. I would not use this facility again.
