Laura was lovely, made me feel at ease and the wax was as painless as a wax can be so I was comfortable and did not feel much pain. Great value for money. Would strongly recommend this place!

I didn't realise when booking that strip wax was used on bikini and underarms - had I, I would have booked elsewhere. Repeated strips being pulled off left my skin red and tender for 4 days afterwards, unable to wear any clothes that touched as it was too sensitive. Leg wax okay, though quite a few areas missed (bad lighting?). They do not go over your legs once waxed to check for stray hairs or tweeze out the odd ingrown. Expected more
