Laura was lovely, made me feel at ease and the wax was as painless as a wax can be so I was comfortable and did not feel much pain. Great value for money. Would strongly recommend this place!

Sauna & steam room are great , thermal pool / jacuzzi not the best needs to improve. Shower is rubbish.
