I didn't realise when booking that strip wax was used on bikini and underarms - had I, I would have booked elsewhere. Repeated strips being pulled off left my skin red and tender for 4 days afterwards, unable to wear any clothes that touched as it was too sensitive. Leg wax okay, though quite a few areas missed (bad lighting?). They do not go over your legs once waxed to check for stray hairs or tweeze out the odd ingrown. Expected more

Nice staff, loved the sauna and jacuzzi. Would be nice if there was a swimming pool. Air con in relaxation room needs to be off it was freezing in there and I now have a cold.
