When I arrived I was the only one at 11am. Felt the room needed some tropical plants to give it a more lush feeling as felt a bit clinical. Sampled the jacucci which was alright, good hot steam room and pleasant sauna.The shower is running continuously which seemed a bit wasteful. Thought the foot spa was a great idea! Went next door to relax on a lounger, it seemed chilly so asked for heating to be turned up and it was. Herbal teas and fruit was very welcome there too!

Very good leg wax - experienced therapist and worked around my very pregnant tummy! pedi was good but foot massage part wasn't very long at all and toes had smudged when I got home as they weren't dry enough when I was told I could go home. Great wax, average pedicure. But spa is always great value, feels like an upmarket spa and staff always super professional
