5* for staff & 1* for half of the facilities that were not working (monsoon shower was broken and running scalding hot water, foot spas broken - I received no information about this whilst booking) towels & robes really worn out and rough...additionally a maintenance & repair guy wandering around and attempting to fix thing whilst the spa was in use - not very relaxing for people using the spa. Thai should be done outside of the booked slots. I'm sure if the facilities are fully operational & robes +towels are upgraded it'd be a wonderful experience but until then I'm unable to recommend it.

Best Brazilian I have ever had! And I have been waxing for years to multiple salons. Ask for Natalia, she was wonderful. I was not rushed like other salons and she did a good job.
