I had a lovely time with my partner at the Spa Experience at Wimbledon Leisure Centre. However, I found out after my treatments that my partner's masseuse gave massages between treatments in the neck and upper back areas, which I would've also benefited from.

We had a relaxing 2 hours in the Spa. When we arrived the lady at the reception desk at the spa took a while to attend to us and then didn't explain anything to us. She gave us a bag with towels, a robe and slippers and explained where the change rooms were. When we came back there was nobody so we had to look for the spa ourselves. Nobody directed us which was confusing. The other guests were super loud and inconsiderate. The one foot bath was broken and the other one switched off, so I had to go and ask for help. They disappeared and we had to figure it our ourselves again.
The Monsoon shower was also broken and the last therapy room was not in use. So even though we made it a lovely experience, it could have been much better.
