This was my first visit to Spaexperience and I had a lovely morning.
The good:
The treatments were excellent quality and well priced.
The spa areas were kept very clean.
It wasn’t over crowded.
Booking in the treatments was easy and straightforward.
The not-so-good:
The waiting area was tired - table tops all marked up and scratched.
The towels that were provided were very small and quite thin.
The robes were too short and small and smelled strongly of detergent.
In general the experience was very pleasant, however it didn’t offer luxury, more utilitarian relaxation but for the price that seems reasonable. I’d definitely return for treatments but I’d probably pass on the spa itself unless it was a special offer.
The massage was the highlight for me. My mother enjoyed it also and was her first time. Was a shame we could not utilise the resting area or have tea as there wasn't any. Got a little busier than what we would have liked but was okay all the same.
