The spa is much better than I thought, lovely and quiet with a particularly lovely steam room. Natalya's facial was amazing as always. Manicure just OK - they don't have anything to help dry your nails, and they smudged even an hour later, and they do the manicure standing up which I got the impression was uncomfortable for the therapist.
