I saw Andrea for the second time on this visit to Spa Experience. She was, again, fantastic. Calming, cool, and really empathetic. Chatty, but not overfamiliar, and the waxing treatment itself was excellent; gentle, but effective. I'd recommend Andrea for any waxing treatment at Spa Experience, and I will definitely be making a return visit to see her :o)

Great massage & facial (Jacqui was great!), great spa environment, perfect way to spend a relaxing afternoon. The only thing that would have made the experience better would've been the chance to swap wet towels for dry and some dedicated changing rooms, with hair conditioner etc.
