Overall good experience.
The jacuzzi was not really working .. it took sometimes before it could work again..
Shower unit handle would not fit in and eventually broke (sounds like it was quick dyi).
30minutes before I left a large group came (about 6/8) … two of the guys were quite loud to start with one talking in the jacuzzi. Despite being told to remain quiet by another member of the group one was extremely loud… a bit annoying really!!

Such a hidden gem. The facilities are spotless, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the treatments are genuinely rejuvenating. I left feeling like a new person — can’t wait to go back!
