Really got my knots out! Not completely seamless service in terms of relaxation. Great massage though so will be coming back.

Great massage & facial (Jacqui was great!), great spa environment, perfect way to spend a relaxing afternoon. The only thing that would have made the experience better would've been the chance to swap wet towels for dry and some dedicated changing rooms, with hair conditioner etc.
