The facial and massage were great, and the staff are lovely! The spa could do with a little refurb to make it feel more clean (damp issues in places) and the drinking water dispensers need a clean as they had some black floating bits, but the facilities were as I expected for the value. Could do with a cold plunge or at least colder water in the drop bucket after the sauna and steam room, rather than a slightly cool bucket and some ice chips.

I've visited a few times now and think it's great for it's value when a pick-me-up is needed. On this visit I just had a massage, so I missed the extras' (robe, slippers, comp tea etc) that you get when also visiting the spa.
The massage was good, it wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped but I think that's due to how tight my back was - the lovely masseuse straightened me out so it was definitely worth it. Will be back again.
