Bikini wax was tbe perfect combination of thorough but not at all awkward! No missed bits...Would recommend. Also had a body scrub and this was very simple but effective. There was a shower available afterwards and plenty of time to get ready.
Didn't use the spa so can't comment.

Fantastic back/neck/shoulder massage. The spa was very clean and the staff very polite and attentive. I could've stayed in the heated bed all night as I was sooo relaxed!
