Lovely venue and warm massage beds which I like. This was my second visit and my first was definitely much better when I had a well being massage. Massage was nice but not very "deep" I did ask for firmer pressure but still wasn't very firm. Also the time I booked on Treadwell was 10mins earlier than when I actually received my treatment which was a tad annoying and the lady seemed a little flustered. Still nice but much better previous time.
Deep Tissue Massage
I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception. My beauty therapist came across as very confident and helpfull in answering a few questions I had.
Classic Facials
Treatment itself was fine however want happy with spa afterwards.have been charged full price but out of 5 rooms only two worked (salt steam and sauna) and tropical shower was out of order too. Should not have charged full price
