The massage itself was good BUT I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
My therapist was distracted by her phone. Her phone was on my pillow and vibrated several times during the treatment and I could clearly feel that her attention was elsewhere. I felt very uncomfortable.
Also people standing outside the treatment room were very loud, laughing and joking.
Unfortunately, I didn’t feel relaxed at all and found myself just wanting the massage to be over.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had - and I’ve had lots! Katarzyna was very experienced and used just the right amount of pressure to relieve my aching muscles without hurting me. The whole experience was really relaxing. Would definitely recommend Katarzyna.
