The massage itself was good BUT I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. My therapist was distracted by her phone. Her phone was on my pillow and vibrated several times during the treatment and I could clearly feel that her attention was elsewhere. I felt very uncomfortable. Also people standing outside the treatment room were very loud, laughing and joking. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel relaxed at all and found myself just wanting the massage to be over.
