The spa is beautiful, new and clean. We had a great, very relaxed day. The facial was standard, the therapist coild have explained better what she was doing and the products used.

Customer services could have been better. As a visitor to the venue I felt very little effort was being made by frontline staff in showing you where to go and how to find facilities. I had to ask a cleaner fir help. Also the pillow cases in the quite room smelt of sweaty and unclean. Spa sauna/steam and shower was lovely.
