If you love spas but don't want or can't pay a fortune then this is the place for you. You get all the quality, style and ambience without the heavy cost. The only downfall for me was the disability lift was not working ... there are three sets of stairs which caused my condition too flare up. Though any form of excercise is good i would have preferred the lift. Either way i would still attend and recommend to others.

I’m a new Mum and have lots of tension in my shoulders and back and my massage was exactly what the doctor ordered! It’s was relaxing and the therapist was great, kneading out my aches and pains! I’ve rebooked for next week! I could get used to this!
