Really clutter free, spacious, clean and relaxing environment. I was delighted with my treatment - very therapeutic indeed. I was seen swiftly by a nice knowledgeable beautician. The whole experience was enjoyable.

The facilities at Walthamstow were in a gym so felt like a gym rather than a spa. The Bethnal Green one is like a spa. The staff were a little sharp and less friendly, the layout isn’t great and is split over two levels. It was quite noisy but very clean and great value.

We had a lovely time but the facilities are rather basic not really luxury. It is well worth the deal price though with lovely staff and the relaxation room as the highlight.
