very good massage from Iwona thank you! would agree that the massage rooms should be soundproofed as you do hear people talking outside. thermal spa was small but clean, I would advise going at a quiet time

Lovely little nook in E17 to unwind. Whilst the sauna/steam facilities are on the small side they are modern and very clean. The relaxation area is huge and maintained immaculately with comfy loungers, blankets and cushions. Teas and flavoured waters were an unexpected bonus! Overall I was very impressed with with this spa And recommend it anyone looking for a couple of hours of downtime.
