Nice welcome, asked if I had attended before; no. Was informed of whereabouts of facilities. You enter the relaxation area, after the changing room; spacious and nice, however noisy. Doors banging/open and hot water station. The spa facilities are located down three flights of stairs. The area is small with staff walking through as a short cut...disappointing. Large payable carpark.
