Never got the treatment! I received 2 confirmations and had the money taken out of my account, I arrived at the venue and waited for 30 minutes only to be told my the spa therapist that my appointment was being cancelled there-and-then and that I would t be seen. She was unhelpful and had shocking customer service. I tried addressing the matters with the downstairs reception staff who seemed to have no clue what to do. I want my money back for an appointment and treatment I never received! This is my second serious matter with treatwell in less than a week and I will be deleting the app and advising others to do so.
