The massage was very much needed after using the steam room. Very relaxing indeed! Whilst the therapist did a great job, the equipment perhaps does not cater very well to plus size people. Which makes sense as it is connected to gym facilities. Nevertheless I still found myself trying to suck my excess in to fit on the massage table. ( not that it would work! LOL) so if you are inspired the gym is right next to the spa. So 10/10 for ease of access.
Pedicure, once again the therapist was really attentive, gave a selection of colours. An hour is a decent amount of time, give at least an additional 20minutes for them to dry. Take sliders not flip flops as I ruined my decently manicured nails before I left the treatment room. The therapist did offer to fix it but I did not want to add anymore drying time. It was a pretty decent experience
