The staff was nice, but the waxing service was pretty poor. I think the room is too dark for the person to see all the hair and the waxing lady was soooooo slow - after 45 min she had done about 1/3 of the waxing.

Had a great experience at the spa. At first I thought it might be quite noisy but actually when having the treatment it was very peaceful and you couldn’t hear any outside noise. Very professional and relaxing treatment having the back, face and scalp massage. Will be returning soon.

Rasa was great despite me feeling quite unwell and having to stop the massage a few times. She remained very professional and caring. This was my second time to the Spa and both times have been so relaxing and luxe.
