I’ve been going to Spa Experience in Swiss Cottage and honestly it’s better than some of the fancier gyms in central London. The staff are always amazing and I left feeling like a new woman after a stressful week. Highly recommend

Booked a 45 min back & shoulder massage by Noella for my b’day. The spa was spotless and massage was wonderfully relaxing. Loved the extra touches like the heated bed, the aromatherapy bit, the gong sound at the and the herbal tea ❤️
