Easy to get to. Good location. The spa is located in a leisure centre. The spa itself was nice, clean and relatively quiet. The Leisure gym was busy and hectic.
I had the marine facial. It was ok not sure my skin was greatly improved. The massage part of the facial was relaxing. They do offer extraction but you have to request it when booking. I wasn't aware of this so a little disappointed I couldn't get that. On the whole was a nice treat with a Treatwell voucher.

My expectations were not high as this is a salon in a gym. However I was pleasantly surprised - the therapist was good and my skin felt pampered afterwards.I would go back again, but only if I were to find a similar deal on Treatwell.

The spa was pretty quiet as I went on a Monday. My therapist was polite and competent. The treatment room had a relaxing atmosphere with dim lighting and soft music. I particularly liked the fact that the treatment bed was heated. My facial was relaxing and enjoyable.

The Spa is on the top floor of the Swiss cottage leisure centre. Booking was professional (you leave a message and they call you back) with an additional confirmation call a few days before the actual appointment. The massage room was welcoming, spacious, the treatment table wide and comfy and they even had a heated blanket to keep me warm. The room also had a shower cabin (I didn't use it). The therapist (Yasmin) was very good. She instinctively increased and decreased pressure to suit the muscles, and worked on problem areas well. Would have liked to have been offered some water afterwards. Other than that I relaxed fully during the massage and felt great after.

Pleasant SPA located on the first floor of community/ sports centre. Staff are always very polite and helpful and the facilities are very good. My previous gel manicures have been excellent but this time the polish started to lift after only 7 days which is a little disappointing. I would recommend a visit.
