I would have given top marks, but my partner and i were booked in to go one day (booked four weeks in advance) at the same time, and then I had a phone call to cancel one appointment as the therapist was sick. Fair enough I thought. Then I had another phone call an hour later - the other therapist was sick so neither of us could have a massage. Maybe it's unfair, but I am pretty suspicious that we were being kicked off our slot to have a non-voucher customer. I hope this isn't the case but two staff off sick at the last minute on a 6pm slot sounds odd.
Can't complain about the quality of the massage though - very good therapist, very strong and the rooms felt very clean and fairly luxurious towels, so very nice when it actually happened.
Swedish Massage
I was very happy with the colour and the smell of the tan. It didn't last quite as long as i'd hoped though - about 6-7 days, even though i wasn't swimming or doing anything which particularly might have reduced the duration
Staff nice, venue attractive enough, and treatment rooms more spacious and comfortable than many
Nice place and very nice staff - reception space isn't generous but the rooms are elegant and more spacious than most
the tan was very even and a good colour but it lasted only about 5/6 days so a little less than i hoped
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
I've used this voucher three times now - I absolutely love it! Again, great experience and the staff are always very nice and professional. It is very convenient for me as it is inside my gym, a 5 minute walk from my house. It is right by Swiss Cottage tube station which is handy. Definitely recommend as it is excellent value with a voucher.
Swedish Massage
It is a pleasant surprise to find this venue in a sports centre. The treatment room was lovely and spacious and although worried my therapist who was clearly pregnant may have difficulty giving an hours massage she was really good and the massage very relaxing. With the voucher this is really good value and a really good place to go for a massage
