Very annoying to book an appointment - emailed & called several times, finally they replied to our email to say they only booked appointments 2 weeks in advance as they weren't sure of the schedule. To give them credit they did email back a week later to confirm. When we got there they were brilliant - really good treatments, nice surroundings but they really do need to sort out their booking procedure.

I had a lovely hydrating facial. The therapist also gave me a hand massage while the mask was drying which made the experience even more wonderful. She was very gentle and definitely knew what she was doing. My face felt glowing that evening, Would definitely recommend.

The massage was throughouly enyojable and relaxing experience. The therapist focused on areas which were particulary tense and used the right massage techniques to ease the eching muscles. The surroundings helped to unwind and forget about stress. This massage was exactly what the doctor ordered!

I'm a huge fan of this place - I've been several times for facials and massages. I was slightly disappointed on my most recent visit as they seem to have several new therapists who aren't as good the usual therapist, Tiffany. They both seem to be newly qualified and during the facial my therapist was reading the guide as to what comes next. However saying that, it's great value, great products, really comfortable surroundings (ask for the bed to be heated!) and the facial is better than most other venues.

It was a nice experience with a friendly atmosphere and a good location. A good therapist on hand an a relaxing ambience would make me think about returning in the near future.
