I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere seeing as it is within a leisure centre. It is soothing and soft and i was instantly relaxed. I had a lovely facial whilst lying on a heated bed. A really convenient venue aswell.
Amaizing venue. 2 min from the tube, Very clean and welcoming. Therapists are very nice and professional. Thalgo cosmetics was always one of my favourite and the therapist used it generously, never had a feeling that I'm using vouchers, always has been treated as a respectful customer. Once had to cancell an appointment due to emergency and haven't got any problem with that. In two words: It's a YES:).

Ambiance is very nice. Staff is very kind and helpful. It's very clean comparing to the other salons I've been before. I can say that, finally, i found the best place for me to have this kind of treatment. I've already recommended it to my friends.
The Swiss Cottage Spa London is a very good value professional spa that really is worth going too. The spa is clean and the staf are friendly and professional. I'd recommend this spa to anyone.
Classic Facials
Not the nicest facilities and a bit slow to serve as clearly understaffed but the therapist Sophie was very nice and friendly and after asking a couple of questions went on to give me an excellent massage.
I was really happy and will definitely go back there again.
Facilities are pretty sparse and admin. seems poor but don't let that put you off if what you are after is some excellent after-work relaxation.
