Lacked ambiance as loud music from a class. Therapist didn't discuss treatment or my needs prior or advice on what to wear so my necklace kept pulling. It was deep tissue but most of the time it was very superficial and poor. Shame!

The spa only has a sauna, a hammam and a Monsoon shower. The hamman was not working and I was not told about it beforehand. 3 hours pass with only access to Sauna was not what I expected.
