The description of the facilities on offer were totally wrong which absolutely ruined my experience.
I never had my treatments as this included 3 hours in a non-existent spa, also to top it off what was on offer, a sauna and steam room weren't working
I strongly suggest contacting the venue to see what is available in their spa
The staff were extremely understanding and pleasant

This was a really great massage, Stefani was very talented and had a great technique. Great value for money too. I had the back, scalp and facial and it was truly blissful! Will definitely go back again.
