There was a issue with the drains that meant the massage room smelt awful for the whole treatment, not very relaxing.
The therapist was very nice but the treatment felt very rushed as she was massaging very fast, not sure why?!

Even if the staff has been very professional, I found the overall experience quite cumbersome: I had to queue to have access to the Spa as this is in a bigger centre where access is normally accessed just by members. Also, for a simple waxing I had to fill a detailed questionnaire, which I do not really think was necessary for the service I requested.
