The three ladies in the spa were lovely, smiley and welcoming! They happily showed us where the lockers were, sauna and steam room (lovely) and were happy for us to wait in the reception area between thermal bath and treatment. Water was available in reception.

The actual spa itself and the staff were excellent and friendly, however the staff on reception for the leisure centre weren’t as helpful and welcoming.
