The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms could do a little with a little more 'deep cleaning' but are largely cleaner than many other spas (and maybe I'm just a pedant!) I've had a spray tan (Fake Bake) several times at Swiss cottage and generally find it to be excellent. On this occasion, it never truly dried and ended up fairly streaky (as well as transferring onto everything I touched for the initial 12 hour-period before wash off); however, I think that is solely due to the fact that it was 32 degrees in London with awful humidity and NOTHING to do with the spray tan itself. All in, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to any of my friends,
