Really lovely ambience in the treatment room but I wouldn't class the elemis detox flower wrap as a wrap, I was loosely covered in a blanket so it wasn't what I expected at all. The products smelt amazing and my skin felt soft but I don't think I'd have it again. The body brushing at the start of the treatment was also quite aggressive. I arrived to my treatment early and as they were busy there was no one to greet me so I sat waiting for 20 minutes until i was finally welcomed into the spa. Would of been lovely to have been greeted on arrival.
