I arrived at 4 for a couples massage.y husband was running late however I wasn’t advised that my therapist had an appointment at 5. She rushed the treatment and as a result I was not able to relax. Her next appointment was not till 5 however she finished the treatment at 445. This was very unprofessional and I would hope not to have her as a therapist again. My husband really enjoyed his treatment and I will be booking with his therapist again.

The massage was lovely, staff very friendly. We had a lovely massage experience but not a good experience with the spa facilities (The steam room wasn't working)
Also, they should warn you to bring your own padlock. They are supplying one but the code is "000" which didn't feel me with confidence. I was worry to leave my stuff in the locker with an easy password.
